INCIDENT LOCATION: Lake Avenue and 4th Street Duluth

On Monday, March 14th, 2016 at 5:15 p.m. Duluth and Superior Police Departments, Douglas County Sheriff’s Office and the Lake Superior Drug and Violent Crimes Task Force arrested 22 year old Tyler Joseph Bizal of Duluth and 25 year old Dean Christian Crosby of Chicago, IL for 2nd Degree Sale of Heroin.  Investigators executed a search warrant at a residence in the area of Lake Avenue and 4th Street.  Investigators during the execution of the search warrant, seized 5 grams of Heroin, a large amount of U.S. Currency, and other evidence of Heroin sale.  Bizal and Crosby both were taken to jail and formally charged in St. Louis County District Court for 2nd Degree Sale of Heroin.  The sales occurred in the area of the Central Hillside Park, a designated park within the City of Duluth.
