[Duluth, MN] - Mayor Emily Larson will hold a news conference with Council President Zack Filipovich today, March 22, 2016 at 11:00 AM at the City of Duluth Toolhouse, located at 40th Ave West and Superior Street (accessible off 40th Ave West). Mayor Larson will make an important announcement addressing improved mobility, quality and the condition of Duluth streets and neighborhoods for 2016. Mayor Larson and City Councilor Filipovich will make remarks and be available for questions.
