Relocation of Level III Predatory Offender

 

The Duluth Police Department would like to notify the public on the release and relocation of Level III Predatory Offender 41 year old, JASON EDWARD KOEHLER.  Koehler is currently living in the vicinity of the 200 North block 22nd Avenue West in Duluth.  Offender has a history of sexual contact with 7 and 16 year old female victims.  Conduct included offender stealing underwear for masturbatory purposes and engaging in sexually explicit conversation with the 16 year old victim. Contact included offender touching the vaginal area of the 7 year old victim. Offender was known to victims. Koehler is described a white male, 6’3” tall, 229 lbs., with Hazel eyes and red hair.
