Streets Update: Travel on Kenwood Ave and 4th Street impacted week of April 11

[Duluth, MN] - The City of Duluth is informing the public about two upcoming projects that will impact commuters the week of April 11.

Kenwood Ave - As part of the new Kenwood Village development, utilities connections to the new building are planned for the week of April 11. The project will involve reducing southbound Kenwood Ave, from Cleveland Street to Arrowhead Road, down to two single lanes in each direction. Motorists may experience some delays as vehicles merge to one lane in the project area. Motorists may want to consider alternative routes where feasible.

4th Street - The Center for American Indian Resources is undergoing construction. On Wednesday, April 13 between 9 AM and 1 PM, a crane will be installed to transport materials onto the project site. No through traffic will be allowed on 4th Street between 2nd and 3rd Ave West.
