INCIDENT LOCATION: 2000 block West 4th Street Duluth
On Monday, April 25th, 2016 at 3:22 p.m. Duluth Police and the Lake Superior Drug and Violent Crimes Task Force arrested 31 year old Terrell Jermain Cullom of Chicago, IL and 33 year old Aaron Andre Reynolds of St. Paul, MN for sale of heroin. Investigators obtained a search warrant and seized 9.4 grams of heroin along with other evidence of drug sales. Cullom and Reynolds were taken to jail and formally charged in St. Louis District Court on Aid and Abet Controlled Crime in the Second Degree.
Reynolds has a previous conviction for Controlled Substance Crime in the Fourth Degree in Ramsey County District Court File No. 62-CR-08-16438 with a conviction date of September 4, 2009 and has pending charges of Aiding and Abetting Controlled Substance Crime in the Second Degree and Third Degree Sale of a Controlled Substance in St. Louis County District Court File No. 69DU-CR-16-487. Cullom has a previous conviction for Fifth Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance in Ramsey County District Court File No. 62-K8-06-003774, with a conviction date of September 18, 2008.
