INCIDENT LOCATION: 2700 block of West 3rd Street Duluth
On Friday, May 6th, 2016 at 2:35 p.m., Duluth Police and the Lake Superior Drug and Violent Crimes Task Force arrested 24 year old Ron James Gurno of Duluth and 38 year old Andrew Jacklin Dyer also of Duluth after receiving numerous neighborhood complaints of drug sales at a residence in the 2700 block of West 3rd Street. Investigators executed a search warrant at that address locating and seizing heroin and other evidence of drug sales. Gurno was taken to jail and formally charged in St. Louis District Court with 3rd Degree Sale of a Controlled Substance from a previous case involving heroin sales. Dyer was taken to jail and formally charged in St. Louis District Court on 5th Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance.
