COMMUNITY MEETING ON FUTURE DEVELOPMENT OF WOODLAND MIDDLE SCHOOL SITE
AND 4TH STREET CORRIDOR

 

As part of the City of Duluth's continuing effort to develop new zoning regulations, formally known as the Unified Development Chapter (UDC) of the City of Duluth Legislative Code, a special meeting is being held at the Woodland Middle School (201 East Clover Street) on Thursday, April 1, 2010 from 7:00 to 8:30 P.M.

The focus of this meeting will be to discuss the vision and opportunities for future development of Woodland and 4th Street corridor as well as the challenges the area faces now and in the future.  City staff will present information and conduct small group discussions.
