Property Crimes Wanted Person of the Week
Duluth Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 45 year old Troy Michael Scruggs. Scruggs has a felony warrants for his arrest for failure to appear in Saint Louis County Court on a financial transaction card fraud case, #69DU-CR-16834-1, and failure to appear in Aitkin County Court on a burglary and theft case, #01-CR-16-98. He also has a misdemeanor traffic warrant out of Pine County.
Scruggs is 5’11" tall, 163 lbs., with brown eyes and brown hair. If you know of Scrugg’s whereabouts, you are asked to call 911.
