INCIDENT LOCATION: 900 Block Central Entrance Drive Duluth
On Thursday, May 19th, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. Duluth Police and the Lake Superior Drug and Violent Crimes Task Force arrested 25 year old Cody James Trea of Duluth after a search warrant was conducted at a motel in downtown Duluth. During the execution of the search warrant, 23.4 grams of heroin individually packaged for sale, other items of heroin sale, along with a small amount of U.S. currency was located. Trea was taken to jail and formally charged in St. Louis District Court for First Degree Controlled Substance Crime.
