Vehicle Prowl Suspect Arrested in Kenwood
On May 26th, 2016 at 6:49 a.m., Duluth Police arrested 20 year old Alexandria Bianca Bushell after responding to the area of the 800 block of Partridge Street on a report of a person prowling vehicles. The reporting party gave a description of the individual and directed officers through 911 to the location of the suspect. Officers arrived in the area and found Bushell inside a vehicle that did not belong to her. Bushell was arrested and during a search, officers located multiple items from different vehicles in her possession. Bushell was taken to jail and was charged with three counts of misdemeanor possession of stolen property and three counts of tampering with a motor vehicle.
