Two Arrested after Sale of Heroin and Fentanyl
On Tuesday, July 5th, 2016 at 3:49 p.m., Duluth and Superior Police Departments along with the Lake Superior Drug and Violent Crimes Task Force arrested 26 year old Deonte Antonio Bowery of Chicago, IL and 27 year old Tiffany Nichole Dickerson of Duluth after investigators conducted a search warrant at a residence in the 400 block of West 3rd Street. During the execution of the search warrants, investigators located and seized 62 grams of fentanyl and heroin. Both Bowery and Dickerson were taken to jail and formally charged in Saint Louis County District Court on 1st degree sale of controlled substance.
At the time of this most recent arrest, Bowery was already out on bail for three other drug charges related to the sale of heroin and fentanyl. On April 20, 2016 Bowery was formally charged in Saint Louis County District Court with two counts of 3rd degree sale of heroin and one count of 1st degree sale of heroin and fentanyl. Bail has been set at $200,000.00 in the most recent case.
