Mayor Don Ness will hold a news conference with key development partners today Monday, March 29, 2010, at 11:30 AM to make an important announcement about the Universal Atlas Cement Site.

 

Mayor Ness and representatives from the Minnesota Department of Economic Development and the Duluth Seaway Port Authority will make brief comments and be available for questions.
