Relocation of Level III Predatory Offender

 

The Duluth Police Department would like to notify the public on the release and relocation of Level III Predatory Offender 44 year old, Dennis James Armstrong. Armstrong is currently living in the vicinity of the 2000 block of West Superior Street in Duluth. Offender has a history of sexual contact with 5-7 year old male and female victims. Contact has included penetration. Offender was known and unknown to the victims. Armstrong is described a white male, 5’8" tall, 183 lbs., with blue eyes and blonde hair.
