Road Construction on 46th Ave West in Oneota Neighborhood

 

[Duluth, MN] - The City of Duluth is making improvements at the intersection of S 46th Ave W and W 1st St / Mike Colalillo Drive, in the Oneota neighborhood, starting today July 29. This road is being restored following the installation of a new water main and will require some minor disruptions to motorists.

 

The work will be done in two phases. In the first phase, all directions of travel will be open except for the right turn lane off of the Bong Bridge. This eastbound turn lane onto West 1st Street will be closed until Monday August 1st. After this date, there should be no other impacts on any travel while crews work towards completion. The project is expected to be finished by Thursday, August 4th.
