3rd Ave West in downtown Duluth to temporarily close August 2

 

[Duluth, MN] - The contractor working on repairs to the Board of Trade building has extended the anticipated timeline needed to complete their work along West 1st St. The building sustained damages during the July 21 storm. The existing street closure will remain in place through Saturday, August 13th.

 

In addition, a second crane will be brought in for one day on Tuesday, August 2. To accommodate this, the contractor will be closing the sidewalk and the driving lane on the westerly side of 3rd Ave W, between 1st and 2nd Streets for the day on August 2nd. Anticipated closure is from 8 AM – 3 PM. The easterly driving lane will remain open.
