Utility Work to temporarily Close 26th Ave East in Congdon Park
[Duluth, MN] - The City of Duluth is working with a contractor to adjust manholes and improve safety and smoother transit for the public. Some of the manhole lids on 26th Ave East between Superior Street and 4th Street need to be raised or lowered so as not to be a hazard to vehicle traffic. The contractor plans to commence next week, August 10, weather permitting. Motor vehicle traffic would be detoured onto 24th Ave East for four days while the new concrete cures.
