Relocation of Level III Predatory Offender

The Duluth Police Department would like to notify the public on the release and relocation of Level III Predatory Offender 55 year old, David Robert Houle.  Houle is currently living in the vicinity of the 200 block of North 22nd Avenue West in Duluth. Offender has a history of sexual contact and physical assault with adult female victims.  Contact has included sexual touching.  Offender was not previously known to victims. Houle is described a Native American male, 510" tall, 208 lbs., with brown eyes and black hair.
