INCIDENT LOCATION: 300 East block of Superior Street
On Tuesday, August 2nd, 2016, at approximately 12:39 a.m., Duluth Police arrested 50 year old Wallace Peter Warren of Embarrass, MN for 2nd degree burglary. Police were dispatched to a hotel in the 300 East block of Superior Street after a male who later identified as Warren was found inside and did not have permission to be in there. There was extensive amount of damage done to the room. An officer located Warren in the area and was taken into custody. Warren was taken to jail and formally charged in Saint Louis District Court for 2nd degree burglary.
