Temporary Closure of 300 Block of West First Street Extended

 

[Duluth, MN] The contractors working on the Board of Trade building at 301 W 1st St will need more time to complete repairs after July's storm caused damage to the building. The extended closure of the east half of the block (where the crane is currently located) is until August 20th, barring weather or any other unforeseen conditions. The west side of W 1st St is open, and temporarily allows two-way traffic to allow cars to enter the parking garage at 315 W 1st St.
