SUBJECT: Coney Island Parking Ramp Closed Due to Repairs

Downtown Coney Island Parking Ramp Closed for Repairs Starting April 12th

The Coney Island Parking Ramp, located at 110 West First Street will be closed for repairs beginning Monday, April 12th through May 21, 2010.  Both levels of the ramp will be closed to make necessary repairs to the parking deck, exit structures and resurfacing of the lower level parking areas.

It is essential both leveles be restricted from use due to the nature of work being preformed overhead.  The City wants to take every precaution so the contractors and occupants using the ramp are free from property damage and personal injury. Water infiltration and long term wear has made it necessary to make these repairs.
