Duluth Police Violent Crimes Investigators continue to follow up on leads on missing person Sheila Lou St. Clair who was reported missing September 10th, 2015. Violent Crimes Investigators followed up on several leads and confirmed St. Clair’s last sighting was at the Cascade Apartments located at 101 West 3rd Street on August 15th, 2015 at around 1:25 a.m. This video was shown to family members that confirmed that it was Sheila St. Clair.
Sheila St. Clair is a Native American female, 5’4” tall, 117 lbs., brown eyes, shoulder length black hair and has a tattoo of an eagle on her right arm.
There is a $1,000 reward for the information leading to the confirmed whereabouts of Sheila St. Clair or the conviction of the individual(s) responsible for her disappearance. Duluth Police Violent Crimes Investigators are seeking the public’s assistance regarding information on the case or the whereabouts of Sheila St. Clair.
