Utility Repair Scheduled along 21st Ave East on September 20
[Duluth, MN] - The City of Duluth Public Works and Utilities department will be making repairs to a water main leak on 21st Ave East, tomorrow September 20, 2016. The repair will require closure of the north bound lane of 21st Ave East between First and Second Streets. The north bound lane will be closed after the morning rush hour, from 9 AM until 8 PM. There should be no disruption to water service.
Motorists should expect some delays for the afternoon commute. The detour route will follow Superior Street east to 24th Ave; north to East 4th Street; then reconnect to 21st Ave.
