SUBJECT: Burglary Suspect Arrested on 2nd Degree Burglary Charge

INCIDENT LOCATION: 1500 block of East 4th Street in Duluth

On Wednesday, September 14th, 2016, Duluth Police arrested 19 year old Noah Duane Baker on an active warrant and on probable cause for a recent burglary.

On Friday, September 9th, 2016 at 2:58 p.m., Duluth Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1500 block of East 4th Street.  The victims came home in the afternoon and found that their house had been burglarized while they were gone during the day.  Officers arrived at the scene and observed forced entry into the residence.  Through investigation, Baker’s latent prints were found. 

On Wednesday, September 14th, 2016, Baker was arrested and criminally charged in Saint Louis District Court with 2nd Degree Burglary of a residence.
