The Duluth Police Department would like to notify the public on the release and relocation of Level III Predatory Offender 49 year old, Timothy Scott Alan Davich. Davich is currently living in the vicinity of North 22nd Avenue West & West 2nd Street in Duluth. Offender has a history of sexual contact with male victims (ages 6–16). Contact included penetration and was known to victims. Davich is described a white male, 5’8" tall, 213 lbs., with brown eyes and brown hair.
