SUBJECT: Two Arrested and Criminally Charged in Saint Louis District Court on Drug Charges

INCIDENT LOCATION: 700 North block of Boundary Avenue in Proctor

On September 22nd, 2016 at 7:01 p.m., Duluth Police, the Lake Superior Drug and Violent Crime Task Force, St. Louis County Sheriff’s Department, and Proctor Police arrested 34 year old Anthony Terrell Osbourne of Rochester, MN and 30 year old Chase Donald Vanvalkenburg of Proctor after a search warrant was executed at a residence in the 700 North block of Boundary Avenue.

During the execution of the search warrant at the residence, investigators located and seized an excess of 60 grams of heroin, 8 grams of cocaine, a handgun, a rifle, over $3,500 in U.S. currency, and other evidence of drug sales.  Both Osbourne and Vanvalkenburg were taken to jail and criminally charged in Saint Louis District Court on 1st degree sale of heroin and 3rd degree sale of a controlled substance.
