INCIDENT LOCATION: 100 North block of 30th Avenue West
On Tuesday, October 11th, 2016 at 5:08 p.m. Duluth Police and the Lake Superior Drug and Violent Crime Task Force arrested a 39 year old Sheron Hoskins of Chicago, IL after a search warrant was conducted at an apartment in the area of 100 North block of 30th Avenue West. During the execution of the search warrant, an investigator conducting surveillance of the perimeter of the building approximately two seconds after other investigators made entry into the apartment, observed a baggie being thrown out the apartment window. Investigators located Hoskins inside the apartment. Investigators located and seized 3.1 grams of heroin, .118 grams of crack cocaine, $759 dollars in U.S. currency, and other evidence of drug sales. Hoskins was taken to jail and criminally charged in Saint Louis District Court for2nd degree sale of heroin and 3rd degree possession of a controlled substance.
