Mayor Larson's City Hall in the City Community Listening Sessions are November 30 and December 7
[Duluth, MN] - Mayor Emily Larson and City Councilors Joel Sipress and Noah Hobbs invite the public to attend "City Hall in the City," on Wednesday, November 30 and December 7th as part of the series of community listening sessions focused on providing residents with the chance to share ideas, concerns and needs with the Mayor and a Councilor. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet individually with the Mayor or Councilors, with other City staff or express their issues in writing. This meeting is not designed to be a forum but rather is intended to allow residents to speak directly with their elected officials.
The upcoming City Hall in the City session with Councilor Sipress will take place on November 30, 2016 at 5:30 pm in the lower level of Pilgrim Congregational Church, located at 2310 East 4th Street.
Residents will also have another opportunity at the next City Hall in the City session scheduled for December 7th at 5:30 PM at the Norton Park Community Center, located at 81st Ave West and Coleman Street with Councilor Hobbs.
All residents are welcome and encouraged to attend. In addition, Mayor Larson will have art supplies for children to share their own ideas for the City. Drawings collected from the meeting will be hung in the Mayor’s office and shared with the Councilors.
All residents are encouraged to participate.
