The Duluth Police Department is notifying the public of 6 drug related overdoses since Thursday as result of the use of opioids. There have been no deaths as a result of these overdoses in Duluth. Police are concerned for opioid users and warns of the risk of using these drugs as their content and purity is often unknown and can cause overdose deaths. Duluth Police Department is currently investigating the drug related overdoses and no other information is available at this time.
