Relocation of Level III Predatory Offender

The Duluth Police Department would like to notify the public on the release and relocation of Level III Predatory Offender 43 year old, James Demetrius Redd.  Redd is currently living in the vicinity of the 200 block of North 22nd Avenue West in Duluth. Offender has a history of sexual conduct and contact with adolescent female victims (age 14–15). Offender was briefly known to victims. Redd is described an African American male, 5’6" tall, 183 lbs., with brown eyes and black hair.
