INCIDENT LOCATION: 1300 block East 2nd Street
On December 5th, 2016 as part of a multi-agency investigation between members of the Lake Superior Drug and Violent Crime Task Force, Superior Police Department and Douglas County Sheriff’s Department Investigators conducted a search warrant in the 1300 block of East 2nd Street in Duluth.
Investigators arrested 67 year old John Raymond Logergren, a resident of Duluth. Logergren was in possession of approximately 16 grams of methamphetamine and other evidence of methamphetamine sales.
Today, Logergren was formerly charged in Saint Louis County District Court with 1st and 2nd degree sale of methamphetamine. He is currently being held at the Saint Louis County Jail in Duluth.
Logergren is currently on federal probation for distribution of methamphetamine and has several prior felony convictions which include at least 4 separate convictions for burglary, including a federal conviction for burglarizing a pharmacy, distribution of cocaine, and distribution of methamphetamine.
