Maintenance Work to Temporarily Close Portion of East First Street on December 27

 

[Duluth, MN] - The City of Duluth is informing the public that on Tuesday, December 27th from 9 am to 3 pm, East 1st Street will be closed to through traffic between North 4th Ave East and North 7th Ave East. A crane will be in place for maintenance work to be done on the roof of the Essentia Health parking ramp. Access to the parking ramp and the Essentia Health clinic on 1st Street will be open from 4th Ave East. 

The sidewalks on the lower side of First Street will be open to public use but the upper side will be closed.
