Relocation of Level III Predatory Offender

 

The Duluth Police Department would like to notify the public on the release and relocation of Level III Predatory Offender 41 year old, Jason Edward Koehler.  Koehler is currently living in the vicinity of the 100 North block of 1st Avenue West in Duluth. Offender has a history of sexual conduct and contact with minor female victims between the ages of 7 and 16 years of age. Sexual conduct included offender engaging in sexually explicit conversation with the 16 year old victim. Contact included offender touching a 7 year old victim. Offender was also known to victims. Koehler is described as a Caucasian male, 6’3" tall, 232 lbs., with hazel eyes and red hair.
