The Duluth Police Department would like to notify the public on the release of Level III Predatory Offender Dustin Kenneth Nelson, dob 03/03/1983.
Nelson is living in the 100 Block of North First Avenue West in downtown Duluth.
Nelson engaged in sexual contact with an adult female victim. Nelson approached the victim in a public park, restrained her, pulled her to the ground, and told her he wanted to have sex with her. Nelson was not known to the victim.
The physical description of Nelson is:
Race: White
Height: 5 feet 11
Weight: 183 pounds
Eyes: Blue
Hair: Blond
Build: Medium
Complexion: Light
