Duluth Economic Development Authority and Mayor Emily Larson to Announce Developer

Recommendation for Waterfront Parcel

Location:  Due to weather conditions, we will be located in the Pier B Resort, 800 Railroad Street

 

[Duluth, MN] - The Duluth Economic Development Authority (DEDA) and Mayor Emily Larson will host a news conference on Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at 10:15 AM to announce the recommendation of a developer for the potential development of Lot D, one of the last undeveloped parcels along the Duluth harbor. Heather Rand, Executive Director of DEDA, the developer and Mayor Larson will make brief remarks and be available for questions. Due to weather conditions, the news conference will be held inside the Pier B Resort.
