Houle has been located and is safe. Thank you for your assistance in helping locate Houle.
The Duluth Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing person Phillip Michael Houle. Houle is a 42 year old Native American Male, 5’11" tall, 175 lbs., has black hair and brown eyes. Houle was last seen on Thursday, March 16th, 2017 in West Duluth. It is imperative that we locate Houle to check the health and welfare of this individual. If you see or know of Houle’s whereabouts, you are asked to call 911.
