The Duluth Police and Fire Departments have identified a juvenile who has admitted to setting a fire to playground equipment at Lester Park Elementary School. The individual was identified through tips from the Arson Tip Line. The tipster is eligible for a reward from the Minnesota Chapter of the International Association of Arson Investigators.
