Rhubarb Festival Traffic Advisory:

The 1100 block of London Road will be closed to traffic starting at 6:00 a.m. Saturday, June 24th, for set up of the Rhubarb Festival.

East bound traffic will not be allowed on London Road past 10th Avenue East, and westbound traffic will be diverted up 12th Avenue East.  However, there will be event parking allowed inside the barricaded areas on the upper and lower sides of London Road.  The actual event time will be from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  London Road will reopen by 6:00 p.m.

The Duluth Police Department encourages drivers to drive with caution and watch for pedestrians in the area.
