East 4th Street water main connection planned for October 19
(water service may be impacted in Endion/Congdon neighborhoods)
[Duluth, MN] - As part of the St. Louis County 4th Street Reconstruction project, the City of Duluth will be making a new water main connection on Thursday, October 19 from 9 AM to 2 PM. This work will impact service to some water customers located in the north east Endion and north west Congdon neighborhoods (between 21st Ave East and 29th Ave East and between East 4th Street down to East First Street). The City's Engineering department has notified the customers we know will be directly impacted but there may be others within this identified area that may experience water service disruption.
The City will attempt to limit the disruption and will restore water service as quickly as possible.
