Mayor Larson and Housing Partners to Announce $10 million in State Housing Grants

 

[Duluth, MN] - Mayor Emily Larson, St. Louis County, Center City Housing, the Duluth Housing Redevelopment Authority, One Roof and City officials will host a news conference today, October 20, 2017 at 2:00 PM to announce the award of about $10 million, from the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency, to be invested towards a proposed a new 50 unit supportive housing development project, single unit rehabilitation and new single housing unit construction projects.

 

News conference location: vacant property located on West Superior St. at the intersections of Piedmont Ave and Garfield Ave, just west of downtown

 

Mayor Larson and partners will make remarks and be available for questions.
