The Duluth Police Department continues to investigate the circumstances leading to Jaclyn Arnold’s current medical condition. The Duluth Police Department investigates all incidents that lead to a death or potential death as suspicious until we are able to determine if a crime has been committed. The Duluth Police Department continues to investigate this incident and collect all the facts we can. We do not believe the community is at risk at this time and will provide updates when they become available.
