Water main project on Superior Street and 15th Ave East to detour traffic this week

 

[Duluth, MN] - The City of Duluth Public Works and Utilities Department is informing the public of a temporary detour on Superior Street at 15th Ave East in the Endion neighborhood starting today, October 24, 2017. The detour is necessary for a water main connection which will augment water service to an area business. The water connection will be followed by road repairs thus closing this block to traffic for the entire week.

 

A detour is in place directing eastbound traffic down to Jefferson Street and westbound traffic up to 1st Street. Access to homes and businesses within the project site is being maintained. The City thanks the public for their patience.
