The Duluth Fire Department responded to a report of a male that had fallen at 32nd ave east near the lake walk. He had fallen down a 30 ft cliff and was laying next to the water. The Patient was able to holler for help which caught the attention of a pedestrian crossing Tischer creek bridge who called 911. The Patient was stabilized and hauled out on a back board and stokes basket using ropes and personnel. Responding agencies were Duluth Fire Department, Duluth Police Department, and Gold Cross Ambulance. Gold Cross Ambulance transported the patient to an Area Hospital.
