Mr. Sarkela has been located and is safe. We appreciate the publics help in locating Mr. Sarkela.
The Duluth Police Department is seeking the publics help in locating a missing person. Todd Sarkela 55 year old white male described as 5'09", 120, with hazel eyes, and sandy hair. Mr. Sarkela was reported missing to the police department on Sunday November 19, his family last had contact with him on Thursday November 16, 2017. Mr. Sarkela is currently undergoing medical treatment, and it is unlike him not to have contact with his family.
