Mayor Larson to Recognize Service Members on National Service Recognition Day, April 3

 

[Duluth, MN] -  Mayor Emily Larson will be joined by regional Corporation for National and Community Service Officials to recognize and honor the work of over 570 National Service members working in the Duluth area tomorrow, April 3 at Noon in Duluth City Hall. The members dedicate their time and talents to assist and impact the lives of children, seniors and veterans through area schools, faith based organizations, non-profits, and local agencies. Mayor Larson is joining 5200 other elected officials across the nation recognizing 325,000 service members.     

 

Mayor Larson and a Corporation for National and Community Service representative will make remarks at Noon followed by a reception for attendees. The event will take place in the Mayor's Reception Room, #405 in Duluth City Hall, 411 West First Street.
