 DECC to offer shelter for City of Superior evacuees (updated)

 

[Duluth, MN] - The City of Duluth is opening a host site for Superior residents who have been evacuated due to the Husky Refinery explosion. The Duluth Entertainment Convention Center will be the Duluth location that Superior residents can access. The host site is accessible through Door D in the Ticket Lobby. Parking will be free. Basic provisions will be provided including cots and food through the Red Cross Northland. Pet sheltering will be available. The Red Cross is not taking food or water donations at this time. If there are opportunities for donations, the City will notify the public.
