City of Duluth Lifts Shelter in Place Advisory for Western Neighborhoods
[Duluth, MN] - The City of Duluth is lifting last night's precautionary shelter in place advisory for the western neighborhoods. Mayor Jim Paine has lifted the evacuation order allowing Superior residents to return home.
