Duluth to Conduct Spring Sweeping in Business Districts

 

[Duluth, MN] - The City of Duluth Street Maintenance Team is preparing to conduct spring sweeping in several business districts in the city. On Sunday, April 29, a team will sweep the sidewalk and streets in the Lincoln Park and Spirit Valley business districts. Crews will start at 2:00 AM and plan to finish that day.

 

On Sunday, May 6, crews will start at 2:00 AM cleaning streets in downtown and Canal Park and attempt to finish within the day.

 

During the cleaning days, on street parking will not be allowed starting at 2 AM in order for crews to clean curb to curb and efficiently finish within the tight timeframe. Residents are asked to move vehicles off the street within the identified business districts to avoid getting a ticket.
