On Monday May 21, 2018 at approximately 3:15pm Duluth Police Investigators arrested Karla Winterfeld 33 on probable cause for 3rd Criminal Sexual conduct. Winterfeld was arrested in the 10 Block of E. 3rd St as part of an on-going investigation and was lodged at the St. Louis County Jail. The victim in this case has been identified and we have not been made aware of or believe there are other victims. This case has been referred to the St. Louis County Attorney’s Office for formal charges.
