Duluth Accepting Letters of Intent for Vacation Dwelling Unit Permits
[Duluth, MN] - The City of Duluth has 4 Interim Use Permits available for Vacation Dwelling Units within the 60 cap limit. The Planning & Construction Services Department is taking Letters of Intent (LOI) to apply for an Interim Use Permit starting today, June 19th and will stop taking LOI's on July 9, 2018. No applications for an Interim Use Permit will be accepted during this LOI process.
The Letter of Intent must be addressed and sent to:

The Department will hold a drawing and the first 4 selected will be notified and given 60 days to submit a complete application to the Planning & Construction Services Department. Only the person listed on the LOI will be able to submit an application. The remaining LOI applications will be drawn to establish a waiting list. For those selected, failure to submit a complete application within the 60 days’ timeline will result in the spot going to the next party on the waiting list.
