Annual Fourth Fest to take place at Bayfront Festival Park

Special Operating Hours for Aerial Lift Bridge and Minnesota Slip Bridge

 

[Duluth, MN] - The City of Duluth invites the public to the annual fireworks and Fourth Fest-ivities at Bayfront Festival Park on July

4th! Gates open at 4:00 pm with musical performances starting at 4:30 pm and colorful fireworks show set to go off at 10:10 pm. The

full schedule is available at https://bayfrontfestivalpark.com/fourth-fest/  There is no admission charge for this event.

 

The City is also informing the public about bridge hours during the 4th of July events. The Minnesota Slip Bridge (also known as the

Blue Bridge) will be lowered and closed to marine traffic from 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm. The Aerial Lift Bridge will stay down and be

closed to marine traffic from 7:00 pm until midnight on July 4th.

 

The City is working with Duluth Event Lighting to project red, white and blue colors on the Aerial Lift Bridge during the July 4th

festivities.
